Christina Y. Ahn is a member of the Firm’s Insurance Practices Group. She represents and counsels insurers in matters of professional lines and commercial lines policies, including directors and officers liability and commercial general liability, and in relation to complex coverage disputes and bad faith litigation.

Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments
Ms. Ahn is admitted to practice in California (2010) and the District of Columbia (2011). She is also admitted to appear before all of the United States District Courts in California (2011) and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado (2012). Ms. Ahn is a member of the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California’s Mentorship Committee. She is also a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Prior to joining Sedgwick, Ms. Ahn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anna Blackburne-Rigsby and the Honorable Inez Smith Reid, District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
During law school, Ms. Ahn served as a senior articles editor for the UC Davis Law Review, student-attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic, teaching assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Program, and moot court tutor for the King Hall Outreach Program.
Ms. Ahn also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable S. James Otero, United States District Court for the Central District of California, and a criminal division law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of California.
While at UC Davis, she received the California Bar Foundation Public Interest Scholarship for academic achievement and commitment to public service.
