Ekaterina Levy represents insurers in coverage matters and defense of extra-contractual/bad faith claims. Her practice includes complex coverage analysis and litigation and the analysis of coverage issues with respect to general liability and professional liability policies. She has extensive experience in underlying construction defect litigation.

Her practice includes complex coverage analysis and litigation and the analysis of coverage issues with respect to general liability and professional liability policies. She has extensive experience in underlying construction defect litigation.
Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments
During law school, Ms. Levy served as editor for the Santa Clara Journal of International Law and participated in the Honors Moot Court. She also served as extern for the Hon. Ronald Quidachay and the Hon. James Warren at the Law and Motion Department of the San Francisco Superior Court.
Ms. Levy is a member of the California State Bar (2006) and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. She is a member of the San Francisco Bar Association.
Ms. Levy is fluent in Bulgarian, German, Spanish and Russian.
