Biography

Ms. Kavanagh's commercial litigation practice includes real property title and contract disputes; eminent domain actions; commercial tort actions; employment contract, discrimination, harassment, and wage actions; trademark, copyright and trade secrets protection; and commercial landlord-tenant matters.
