Biography
Jim Byun specializes in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, representing primary and excess insurers in complex coverage and coverage litigation matters under directors and officers liability, bankers liability and fidelity bonds, professional liability, errors and omissions, and commercial general liability policies. Prior to joining Sedgwick, his practice included the defense of accountants and litigating federal and state coverage disputes, rescission claims, and insurance bad faith actions at the trial and appellate levels.
