Luke Panzar has broad experience in litigation involving insurance coverage issues, D&O liability, ERISA, and trade secrets. He also has experience defending consumer fraud class actions. Mr. Panzar has litigated disputes in both state and federal courts. Prior to joining Sedgwick, he was a litigation associate at Winston & Strawn in San Francisco.

Mr. Panzar has a background in California labor law. During school, he was an intern with the Labor Team for the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, working on matters pertaining to employee grievances against the city. Prior to law school, Mr. Panzar was a research analyst with California’s Department of Industrial Relations where he conducted statistical research on wage and labor conditions, analyzed legislation and worked with the Divisions’ legal counsel on changes to the California Labor Code.
