Sedgwick Chudleigh Named a Leader in the Bermuda Market by Legal 500

Sedgwick Chudleigh, in only its sixth year since the firm’s establishment, is now ranked in the dispute resolution, insurance/reinsurance and trusts/private client sections of the current edition of Legal 500.
Ranked in Band 2 - a step up from last year - for dispute resolution, the firm is praised for its "dynamic, no-nonsense practice" with Mark Chudleigh and Alex Potts described as "top class." Cameron Hill was also recommended for his "positive experienced work."
Sedgwick Chudleigh is also ranked in Band 2 in the insurance/reinsurance section and noted for its "busy contentious insurance/reinsurance practice" and work in "structuring/restructuring, underwriting, contract, and regulatory issues." The guide also noted the team's work under the Bermuda Form insurance policy.
The firm earned a Band 3 ranking in the trusts/private client section with the guide noting that "the firm is actively involved in large and complex trusts and private client disputes in Bermuda."
