Michael R. Davisson is a trial lawyer and insurance counselor that has an active coverage, coverage litigation, bad faith and commercial litigation practice involving, among other types of insurance, directors and officers insurance, fidelity bonds, EPLI insurance and E&O insurance. Over the last three decades, Mr. Davisson has handled hundreds of insurance cases for domestic and international insurers and has prepared and tried numerous jury and non-jury trials involving complex insurance issues. 

Mr. Davisson was the Managing Partner of Sedgwick’s Los Angeles Office for six years, and is an active member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society and the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association. He also served as the firm wide chair of the firm’s Commercial Division for three years.
