Amee Mikacich is an experienced and successful trial lawyer. Her practice emphasizes product liability and premises liability, labor and employment and commercial litigation. She has defended actions in Alameda, Contra Costa, Orange, San Francisco, San Mateo and Los Angeles counties, as well as in Texas and Oregon.

Amee is active in many prestigious legal organizations including the American Board of Trial Advocates and the International Association of Defense Counsel. She is a fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America. Amee is an advocate for opportunities for women in and out of the legal profession. She is a member of the Board of Governors for California Women Lawyers (CWL) and will serve as the CWL First Vice President for 2016-2017.
