Biography
Rachel Tallon Reynolds’ practice focuses upon complex litigation, products liability, and catastrophic personal injury defense. Ms. Reynolds has successfully first chaired trials in California and Washington state courts and represented clients in appeals in state court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She prides herself on providing creative solutions to legal challenges. Ms. Reynolds began her career as a Deputy District Attorney for one of the largest counties in the United States, where she was named a “Prosecutor of the Year.”

She prides herself on providing creative solutions to legal challenges. Ms. Reynolds began her career as a Deputy District Attorney for one of the largest counties in the United States, where she was named a “Prosecutor of the Year.”
Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments
Ms. Reynolds has received numerous awards, including several WSBA Pro Bono Publico Service Commendations, the American Bar Association Silver Key Award, and the Balfour Scholarship. Ms. Reynolds was named “International Graduate of the Year” by Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity and was an Arthur R. Adams Fellow by the Keck Center for International Strategic Studies.
Ms. Reynolds is heavily involved in the community, serving as a Bellevue Youth Court attorney mentor, a volunteer attorney at the King County Bar Association Neighborhood Legal Clinics, and as a committee chair for the Washington State Bar Foundation. She is currently a member of the King County Bar Association Litigation and Judiciary Committee, volunteers for the Future of Law Institute, and is involved in the Vertical Express for Can Do Multiple Sclerosis. She has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association (“WBSA”) Court Rules & Procedures Committee (2010), the WSBA Young Lawyers Division and Litigation Section (2011), the King County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board of Trustees (2009-2012), and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Legal Task Force.
Ms. Reynolds served as an Arabic Translator/Electronic Warfare Operator in the United States Army Intelligence Corps. While in the military, Ms. Reynolds graduated with honors from the esteemed Defense Language Institute Arabic program, and graduated first in her class from the United States Army Intelligence School. Having earned numerous military decorations while serving in Operation Desert Thunder in Kuwait and Eastern Action in Qatar, she is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
In law school, she served as Copy Editor of the Chapman Law Review, Chairperson of the Nexus Law Journal, Student Bar Association President, Women’s Law Forum President, and as an officer on the Mock Trial Board. She received CALI Awards for Excellence in Appellate Law, Professional Responsibility, Advanced Constitutional Law, and Advanced Civil Procedure. At Claremont McKenna College, Ms. Reynolds was a Captain of the Varsity Swimming and Diving Team and won the 2001 Conference Championship in 3 Meter Diving.
