The forum encourages and fosters a high performing environment where individual differences and contributions of Hispanic and Latin American employees, clients and business partners are respected and valued, which in turn results in an organization that is guided by fairness, trust and integrity in the way we do business and in the communities we serve and seek to serve. The Hispanic Lawyers Forum develops and maintains an inclusive work environment within the firm that draws from a variety of skills, talents, perspectives and lifestyles and empowers each Hispanic and Latino employee, client and business partner to achieve their personal and professional goals. The members of the forum are active participants in organizations such as the Hispanic National Bar Association, Mexican American Bar Foundation and La Raza Lawyers Association.
